No, each client can only represent themselves or be the official nominated entity representing an individual company.

Times vary depending on the dynamics of your claim. As a rule of thumb, the higher the value of the claim, the longer it may take though we have a proven track record of resolving our cases well-ahead of industry average.

It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier updates and also a dedicated and private area where all paperwork associated with your case will be stored for convenience and parity.
